This beach is on an island, across from Juneau. Terry found some weathered sea shells there.
Our state capitol building is on a narrow, crooked street in downtown Juneau - we wandered around inside looking at old photographs and knocking on the door of our local legislator- it was a Saturday and the place was almost empty.
A copy of the Liberty Bell sits near the front sidewalk.
