Sunday in Homer, Alaska

We spent Memorial Day weekend in Ninilchik with several families from our church group. On Sunday we worshipped with the Homer saints - our group almost doubled the size of their ward! On the way back from our meetings, we stopped at a beautiful rest area to have a picnic lunch. We watched the eagles gathering and soaring over the bay waters. Later that evening we gathered around a campfire and listened to stories about America, our freedoms and our responsibilities and sang, "Oh Beautiful for Spacious Skies..."
