What a wonderful way to soak in the glory of our brief but beautiful Alaska fall.
Today is the 6th of November and outside my window it is winter, complete with the soundtrack of roaring snowblowers and the scrap of snowshovels on the driveway - but once, not too long ago, the sun was shining on a street lined with golden trees and friends snatched a few moments to admire the leaves waving in the breeze.
Fall, you might be my favorite season.
