Come eat at the Red Beet

If you get the chance, look up this neat restaurant in Palmer. My friends and I went there last week after hitting a going out of business sale at Country Curiosities. (Too bad they are going out of business, cause they were packed to the rafters with unusual, cool and curious stuff.) The
Red Beet only has one thing on the menu each day - but it's always yummy, healthy and unique. The owner's name is Sally. She overseas the menu, arranges the lilacs in the vases and bakes the bread in their Italian stone oven.
