After hiking a mountain, Nancy and I took the girls on a train trip to Seward. I've been on the Seward Highway many times, but the landscape was different seen from a train window. I was worried that four hours on a train would be too long for my guests, but it turned out to be very relaxing and less confining than the car. We could get up, walk around, grab some fresh air between cars, order food, play games, chat and just watch the gorgeous scenery go by...
