Natural light illuminates many of the pieces
June 6th - We made the pilgrimage to the Louvre and were overwhelmed by just a fraction of the beautiful paintings, statues, Egyptian artifacts and relics of the Napolean era. I loved seeing the Mona Lisa, even though I was two railings, three security guards and a thick glass case away from her famous eyes.
