It was a wet, blustery day at the castle.
May 30
th - Doug drove us to Windsor Castle. We saw Queen Mary's Doll House, (an enormous doll house with real lights and working plumbing), wedding photos of Queen Elizabeth, ornate state rooms, cabinets filled with war treasures (including Napoleon's cape and a golden tiger's head), King Henry VIII's suit of armor, walls and ceilings filled with coats of arms from the Order of the Garter and the impressive and solomn St. George's Chapel.
